We ship via UPS for domestic USA orders.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Canada and worldwide.

Please note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes

For International, P.O. Box orders and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we ship USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail shipping to Canada is a $50 flat rate. Worldwide shipping via USPS Priority Mail is a $65 flat rate. Junior's is not responsible for any duty or custom fees associated with your international order.

All orders placed by 11:00am EST, Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day. Any orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Please note that Junior's reserves the right to hold any shipment based on suspicion of fraud or inventory concerns.

Tracking numbers for UPS and USPS orders will be sent by e-mail by the end of the business day when your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

The goal at Junior's is for every customer to be satisfied and happy with their purchase. If that is not the case, we can accept the return of merchandise for a refund or exchange within 10 days of your delivery.

The merchandise being sent back to Junior's must be in an unworn, unused, unaltered and new condition to be resold with the original tags still attached, the original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation or a note with you order number and request for a refund included in the package.

Junior's is not responsible for the return shipment cost of your items unless otherwise determined because of an error on our part or a defect with the product. We accept shipments from UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing and a confirmation e-mail to be sent to you.

MTM/MTO ITEMS: Made-to-measure and made-to-order items are custom items and are a final sale with no refunds, credits or exchanges. If you are unsure of sizing, please email info@shopjuniors.com for more information.

SALE ITEMS: Items reduced in price by 40% or more are a FINAL SALE and are not subject to a refund.

Note: A refund to your account can take up to 10 business days from the day it is processed to show in your account.
